- Project engineering – Revamping
Unistara can provide project engineering solutions for refractory linings and complete plant units in all industrial sectors. The technical/engineering dept. is situated at our head office in Genoa and comprises 10 CAD draftsmen. Each project is studied and processed by a team of technicians on the basis of the requirements of each specific project and in collaboration with the research department of the our suppliers.
- Assembly assistance
The experience acquired by our technical assistants in all industrial applications facilitates the choice of the most suitable product, the ability of the installation team for that type of product, so as to guarantee a constant control of the correctness of the lining installation being carried out on site.
- Ovality Beam
The ovality Beam, one of the services offered for the cement industry by Unistara, where it is possible to measure the ovalization of the furnace, and when present, any superior values surpassing the norm, thus determining the action needed to resolve the problem. The measurements which are taken by special instruments, are processed with a specific software that determines the entity of the test polar diagrams that display the degree of the deformation.

- Pre-heating
When the circumstances and the characteristics of a furnace require pre-heating, Unistara supplies the pre heating diagrams for the furnace, as well as assistance at the work site during each pre-heating phase with their own equipment.
